23yrs-old Moses Rogers made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on the 8th September 2022 at Goderich Road the western area in Freetown did steal one black park bag value Two hundred Leones(200,00) and one HP Laptop computer value six thousand Leones(6000,00) all to the total value of six thousand two hundred Leones(6,200,00) Property of Worren Daniel Cessay.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded not guilty.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of twenty million Leones with two sureties in like sum.
Sureties to be resident in the western area.
Sureties to produce valid identity card one surety to be employed bail to be approved by the Bench.
The matter was adjourned to the 30th January 2022 for further hearing Sergeant 10041 Marion R.A Koroma is prosecuting the matter.
