Ishmail Kamara a contractor made his first appearance before Magistrate Alpha Rashid Jalloh of Pademba Road Court No.4 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 16th April 2022 at Kailahun Barray Goderich the western area in Freetown did steal six window guards valued five million Leones each, steal nine eight feet Zinc valued eighty thousand Leones each two steal doors each valued the sum of eight hundred thousand Leones, two blue barrel each valued three hundred thousand Leones and other assorted items to the total sum of thirty six million one hundred and forty thousand Leones (36,140,000) property of Augusta Bockarie.
The charges was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
However, Magistrate Jalloh sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 20th May 2022 for future hearing. Sergeant 9906 Umu Jalloh Prosecuting the matter.
