18yrs-old Alhassan Kargbo a catering made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy contrary to law and Larceny from dwelling house contrary to section 13 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 24th July 2022 at Kortu Drive Marjay town the western area in Freetown conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny dwelling house on count two the accused person entered into the dwelling house of Aminata Suma and stole therein Seventeen million old Leones (17,000,000) property of Sallay Kamara.
On his first appearance the charges were read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
However, Magistrate Gogra adjourned the matter to the 26th August 2022 for further hearing bail continues for the accused person, while Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun prosecuting the matter.
