In a remarkable act of bravery, 12-year-old Nicholas Ransford Faux has become a local hero after successfully trapping a wild boar near Nichol Street, Congo Market, on March 11, 2025. His courageous actions have earned widespread praise from the community, which had long been concerned about the threat posed by wildlife in the area.

Nicholas, known for his adventurous spirit, ventured into a notoriously treacherous pond where the wild boar had been lurking. The animal had been terrorising residents and their livestock, raising fears about potential harm.

After hours of careful observation, he successfully captured the wild boar, much to the relief of gathered onlookers.
