The Former Team Manager of Leone Stars Chairman of Brookfield United Football Club Christian Dauda an Ex- pupils of the ST ANTHONY Primary School has on 14th September gives back to the School as he turned the sod for the construction of Multi recreational sports complex in the School compound.

The events take place at the School compound as the St Anthony Primary Aluminum Association gather to witness the historic tuning of the sod for a sport complex.

Christian Dauda the Former Team Manager of the National team Leone Stars while making his statement said the reasons of turning the sod is to help the School get a Multi-purpose sport complex where they pupils can be available to play Football, basketball, Lawn Tennis and other Sporting disciplines, noting that the School has produce a lots of athletes across the Country when it comes in terms of sport it prudent for the pupils to have sport complex.

He affirmed that what inspired him is that he is Ex- pupils of the School want to give back to the help the Schooling pupils as he has pledged to give his support to the administration of the School that will enable the Children to develop their skills knowledge in various aspects around sports.

He said the construction of Multi-purpose complex is mainly for him to give back to the School nothing else, as he looking to extend it to the other Schools across the Country. He noted that Sports is very important in building Young people to be Physically, Mentally fit in their daily activities in life as the project is going to be a five years’ work.

Vivian Walt-Macfoy President of the ST Anthony Primary School said the day marks for rejoice in School, because one the past pupil of the School has thought it fit that the School need to get a Multi-purpose at the School Compound which will have a positive impact to the Schooling pupils as it help them to developed in basketball, Football and Volleyball.

“We are here to turn the sod, we want to thank God for the Provision he has blessed one Us to gives back to the School.” He said.

The Head Teacher of the Afternoon Shift of the ST Anthony Primary School said this day has been one of days he has been long for to see for years but with what has seen today in the turning of sod for him is a dream come true as it makes him feels good and proud of what the Ex-Pupil has started in the School.

He further that the facilities will help the School to accomplish the physical exercise aspects of the School corequlum and it will also help the Children to be proud of their Schools in and outside of the School compound. He noted that this something the School has looking for over the years now that the facilities will be available in the School they are excited and going to take good care of it to last longer.

ST. Anthony Primary School has been one the Schools that has excel in most of the Sporting activities they have taken part in, the last two years in inter-Primary School Competition they won the Champions trophy and the last edition came second in Football, basketball competitions.
